"We are invited to begin Lent by bringing about a conversion in our gaze. Together with the ashes we are offered eye drops, so that we can see God's action in this time and feel it as kairòs, as a favourable moment. We also receive the ashes as a sign of our desire to be converted to the Lord and to experience that we are now living the day of salvation."

Father General Arturo Sosa, SJ

Mission & Minstry is offering a "Lean into Lent" reflection series. Various members of our Canisius will provide a scriptural reflection at 12:30 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. each Wednesday during Lent, ending on March 31. To receive a weekly reminder with Zoom informaton, please sign up here. Contact Sarah Signorino, Director of Mission & Identity at signoris@canisius.edu with any questions. All sessions will be recorded and are available on the M&I Resource Page.
